Shipping

U.S. POSTAL SERVICE PRIORITY MAIL  and UPS SHIPPING

We only ship within the U.S. We ship via the United States Postal service or UPS. 

We ship all orders through the United States Postal Service or UPS, allowing each order to be tracked. When your product has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking number that can be used for your records, and to see when your trendy new items will arrive at your home. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.

Most orders process within 3 business days of submitting your order (not including holidays and weekends). Custom orders may take about 5 business days to process before shipping depending on the item ordered.

JLaRowe Boutique reserves the right to require additional information or cancel an order for a shipping address that does not match the billing address. 

MISSING PACKAGES: We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments when incorrect addresses are provided by the customer. Any packages returned to us as undeliverable will be re-shipped at the customer's expense. We are not responsible for refunding or replacing shipments for packages shown as delivered. We will supply order and tracking information for customers to provide to the U.S. Postal Service or UPS to file a claim. We will work with customers to replace packages after sending us a copy of their filed police report. 

Please make sure the address we are shipping to is a secure address. If packages are stolen we will try our best to help but we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
